Where do you ship to?

Currently, Cools Candle Company only ships in the United States.
How long can I burn my candles for?

Candles should be burned in 4 hour increments. This allows your candle to burn evenly and prevent tunneling. To ensure your candle is burning properly, check to see if the wax is melted all the way across the top. 4 hours gives the candle enough time to burn slowly and evenly. This way you get the most our of your candle!
Can I return my old candle jars?

Yes, you can return your candle jars. Cools Candle Company offers a discount to you when you return your jars. You are responsible to shipping or dropping off your candle jars back to Cools Candle Company. When we receive the jars back, you will get a 30% off discount coupon for future use on Cools Candle Company products.
Are your candles made of 100% soy?

Cools Candle Company candles and wax melts are made of all natural, 100% soy wax. Our fragrances are also toxin free, pthalate free, paraben free, pet-friendly and kid-friendly!
