Shipping Policy

All orders over $75 ship free. Orders below $75 must pay the flat rate shipping rate. Shipping is $7. All orders will be processed within 1-4 business days. Packages are shipped through USPS.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges are limited based on the situation. Broken or defective products can be refunded or exchanged with proof of purchase and picture of the broken or defective item. Returns & exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. Cools Candle Company will not offer returns & exchanges if purchased in store. If returning a product, you must pay shipping and or drop it off at the pickup location.
